I went to Royal used tires today to get a used tire for my car. They had one in stock thirty dollers for the tire and to balance it. He took my old tire off and put the used one on, he rolled the wheel to me and said its done.I told him you haven't balance it yet, he told me that the machine that takes the tire off does the balance all in one (BS). I pointed at the machine that does the balancing and then he told me that it does not work and told me to take my old tire with me. They suppose to take the old one and properly dispose of them. Just plain old bad customer service.

I went there to get a used tire for my truck.the place was dirty as everybody is smoking while they are working on cars,the tire they tried to put on my truck was bold and the thread is worn ,when i refused to take it the guy start to be nasty with me and call me a cheap b...... and all the staff is watching..i took my truck and went somewhere else where there is a more professional and business people.NEVER Go Back or recommand it to anyone ....0/5

I call just to see if they had the tire size i need and they do. I call 3 times thats it. First was to see if they have 30x10 and how much. Second was 31x10.5 and he just hangs up on me when i was about to ask him something else. Third time he f*%king yells at me "HOW MANY TIME YOU GOING TO CALL ABOUT THE SAME TIRE" and some other stuff i couldn't understand from his accent. I had to repeat myself a few times while he was still yelling at me "What is your location?" Thats it and he was throwing a bit@h fit Shows how much of a professional he was. Same spanish person each time. He didn't even ask whats the LT like every other tire place i called...

Got two used tires and an alignment. Was able to get outta there for much less than I thought. Go see these guys!
