Receptionist rude and no knowledge of her job. She kept insisting there was no such thing as a prior authorization. Basically laughed at me this morning when i called the doctors office and asked her to call my insurance to obtain a prior auth. so that my insurance will cover my prescribtion. She stated she shouldnt have to contact my insurance if anything the insurance should contact her. When i went to the pharmacy they called dr duggans office and suddenly she was able to do what i asked her to do. No apology was offered. Train your receptionist!

I've had years of different problems with my feet. BY FAR the best podiatrist I have seen.

Treated my severe plantar fascitis with great patience and skill. This doctor is a "keeper". I would recommend him to anyone who needs a great podiatrist. Terrific personality and willingness to explain what he's doing and why.
