Ronald really did right by me. He put a lot of time in to make sure the Van was ready to go, including buying me brake rotors and pads and, knowing I was planning to change them myself, offered for me to bring it by and he'd help me do it. He has continued to be helpful after the sale and we are very happy with the van we got and the price we payed for it!
