Don't know about the quality/comfort of the chair because it came broken - both sides where the arms of the chair attach to the base are badly damaged/cracked-I was told it was a shipping problem. I am trying to get it replaced (another 5 days) and was told they would pick up the broken chair when the new one was delivered. Well it is delivery day and the delivery company has no record of picking up the broken chair and I have no place (and no desire) to store it. I tried to call Human Touch (company chair is manufactured by) and sat on hold for 30 min, hung up and called Relax the Back and now am waiting for them to contact Human Touch. My husband really needs a better chair "now" and the wait for Relax the Back chairs is ridiculous - this chair was supposed to be delivered in a 7-10 days and was broken and the other chair we purchased (for his use at work) will take a month to get! They do not carry any chairs in stock! Hopefully the chairs will be worth it.
