Before we apply the sales agent told us that we do qualify because they have maximum income and we do not exceed. After we paid $170 for the application fee ($85 per person) we got denied because, now they say they have a minimum income requirement. I tried to get my money back even tho its non refundable but they justified it. I really do not recommend people to apply, not a trusty company. I never had problems with apartment complex before. Again, be aware!!!

When you have an issue like the ice maker not working and you have reported it a couple of time and its already three months and hasnt been fix that's and issue. Also today I call emergency cause the AC wasnt working properly and was told that they cant do nothing about.
