have been twice to the business was very pleased with the service ,would recommend this business to anyone, very helpful, was impressed

This place is horrible. Merchandise overly priced. The customer service sucks. Racist and a sexist. So if u gay or blacks. this shop i would not recommend anyone to go to.

Plugged Inn is now the only place I’ll take my electronics for repair, and definitely the only place where I’ll buy. Owner & manager Roberto is a great guy who really knows his stuff. And the customer service – you won’t find better anywhere.
