Beware of this place. The virtual tour is great, but living here and dealing with management is a nightmare. When we moved in the place was not completed. It still isn't. Paper thin walls meant I had to study elsewhere, as I could hear everything my room mates were saying or doing. Decorating finishes are cheap, with paint peeling off corners, locks that would not work, dish washer not working. The AC went out often for no reason, and security alarms often went off in the middle of the night. We had cockroaches from day one, and although we reported it, nothing was ever done. In fact, management refused to acknowledge it. My car was damaged in the ridiculously tight garage (that we paid a fortune for). These apartments are put together cheaply and are expensively priced. Don't let the nice pool and gym fool you, this is NOT a nice experience. My goodbye was that they kept part of my deposit for a minor incident they had with my room mates 3 WEEKS after I had moved out. They ignored my appeals. STAY AWAY!

So excited to move in! Plus I just heard that Bar Louie has signed their contract for a restaurant there...HECK YEAH!

Love my BRAND NEW place! Plaza has everything you could want and more in an apartment community!
