Please, don't do it. You'll be sorry! Manager is incompetent and greedy! Many convicts living in the complex.

The new condo association (HOA) guys are fantastic - I don't know what the previous guy was whining about. Yes, they are strict but as an owner of one of the units there, I am glad they are. They don't allow the riff-raff to roam about and cleaned up the place very well. In fact, they are great at communicating to owners and renters alike with monthly letters outlining what they have done. This is the best hands-on management team I have ever seen as an owner.

beware the HOA that controls the area. they are nazis, the don't fix anything, and they will NOT give you a deposit back on gate keys for the non working front security gate. (plus if you don't speak spanish you are out of luck)
