Fortunately, Mike picked up the phone. Didn't even ask who/where Jennifer was. But we needed some help on a basic bulk storage conversion solution and weren't even sure what questions to begin asking. Mike was very helpful and a polar opposite from Madame Jennifer. I'd just ask to speak to MIke.
