When I didnt want to give my Social Security number I was kicked out. They had my husbands already for insurance but required mine and insisted that they could not bill my insurance without it. I asked if we could call the insurance and verify together and she kicked me out, when I asked for my forms with my address and other personal information she threatened to call the police! I could understand if I were screaming, yelling and threatening them, but I didnt. I was shocked and suprised by their horrible behavior. They over reacted and lied to me. When I got home I called my insurance company and they said that they didnt even have my social security number on file!
