Man, this place is life changing. I recently struggled with alcohol addiction and was just having a rough time. Being able to go to this gym and just be surrounded by people trying to better themselves was what I needed. 6 months sober on July 15th.

This gym is life changing. It will transform you physically and mentally. The owners Alex and Joyce, the trainers, the athletes, and the friends you'll make there will challenge you in ways you cannot imagine. You'll discover your strength and will build and cultivate a positive and healthy lifestyle.



After 4 years I am proud and humble to call this place my second home as well as to be considered a member of this family.
