Don't waste your time. You will have a headache after 20 seconds of talking to this lady. She is confused beyond measure and runs a bunch of different businesses so when you call she doesn't even know which business your calling about!!!

Sadly the unsatisfactory manner in which products are received is an internal reflection of the Parkers working enviorment.
