Office PERSONAL are friendly. To bad i can not rate them apart cause they do their best. Poor maintenance guy is alone. Pest are out of control, No one is ever in the office on Saturdays, No DROPBOX for renters that work Mon-Fri for people during their same working hours (earlier-after) office hours, Holiday weekends if rent is due your pretty much late because they don't work at all, their "UPDATE" in apartments is a joke, cheap rugs, cheap doors, terrible window treatments, kitchen floor worse looks more like wall paper, bathroom tiles always looks dirty the grout is for outdoor tiling not indoor, kitchen cabinets are super small, pool is not accessible after hours, as well as laundry room. The location to me is great if they would fix a few things on the list I could give a better rating. Like Drop Box issue and/or Saturday availability,better pest control. Super disappointment.

Mild to moderate mold/mildew issues. No storm windows. Maintenance repairs can take months. Children at play tend to damage property (e.g. water lines). Not a gated community so there have been apartment break-ins. No in-house security. Mostly a Haitian community. One murder took place in the time I've been here. Residents tend to leave trash all over the place.
