I love this chicken. However this store always has issues... Yesterday the a/c was out and the fryer was down.. HELLLLLO!!! you serve FRIED CHICKEN... it was a waste of my husband time to drive across town... They didn't even offer an apology, So my review is Great Chicken but they really need to work on their customer service and the prices... Popeyes is right around the corner always offering chicken specials...

First time I went was great I got a 5 piece chicken box with fries gizzards and Mac n cheese the gizzards were upcharged a dollar because that is not what normally comes with the box. The second time I got an 8 piece chicken box with gizzards and fried okra they upped the anty to 1.50 per side because that is not the normal sides again, a little upset with the price change within a week I order again, this time a 5 piece chicken box with cheddar poppers and gizzards, now the chicken box is supposed to come with biscuits I've gotten biscuits with my order the past two times, not this one though and it was a delivery so I call back and tell them and I hear the person who took the order say no that's not what they paid for but I clearly see on the receipt he wrote chicken BOX, not a huge deal but just 'fess up to your mistakes, it's not that bad!!
