This is the absolute worst company to deal with.I highly recommend never to buy a kirby. Especially from Mitchell and Associates.I thought this was a wnderful product until I used it.You would be better off buying a dust buster. It would work better and be less time consuming.The worst part is that they look you in the face and lie.Their is no lifetime warranty like they tell you.
