Had pieces of jewelry repaired at various times and always received excellent service.

Poor business practices! No system in place to clearly identify jewelry left in their possession to be serviced/sized. Estimated value and detailed description should be verified, documented and signed by the jeweler and the customer. This protects jeweler as well as the customer. When we mentioned this, jeweler became very defensive and rude: said he does business “on a handshake.” Very unwise! In spite of this, we did leave a ring with them to be sized. They charged us and returned the ring measuring exactly the same size as it was when we left it. Rip off! Take your business elsewhere!
