Do NOT use this person!!!! I hired him to repair tile grout, he said he needed a 50% deposit down, so he could get grout. I gave him the $250 deposit and he NEVER SHOWED, NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS, AND NEVER RETURNED MY MONEY!!! Stay AWAY from Michael....He is a scam artist!!!

This person took advance payment from me and never returned my calls nor did he showed up. I feel cheated but feel blessed as I saved on my material and rest of labor charges. I will not use this person even if is free as it will be waste of my time and material.

Very unreliable doesn't have insurance nor license although he will swear he does (ask him for proof) No guarantee on work, did my bathroom and floor and didn't use right supplies. 1 week later work fell apart. He claims he has a 6month guarantee but when i called he stop answering the phone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, best way to describe him is a SCAMMER STAY AWAY....

Unreliable, and never on time. Took deposit and only did partial work. Never returned phone calls. Will not use this person again. Recommend others don't either.

Extremely bad experiance, ended up costing me more on REPAIRING the work mike did on my house (bathroom remod) because he claimed he was liscensed and insured when he wasnt. ASK him to show you PROOF and you will see just for STARTERS that his one man buisness is a fraud. I would hate anyone else to go thru the bad and COSTLY experience i had. He claims 6month guarantee on all work but the minute u pay him you will never hear from him again. Dont make the same mistake i made ASK HIM FOR PROOF UPFRONT no liscence no insurance no guarantee. Very unprofessional. Home/buisness owners BEWARE....

Bathroom shower and floor (to the joists) were torn out and replaced with a surround and tile. Excellent job! Always on time, tells you step-by-step of process, honest. Will use again. This is one phone number you want on hand!

Michael is awesome! Have used him for retiling both my bathrooms and they look BEAUTIFUL! Affordable rates & very knowledgable will definately use him again for kitchen & any other projects I may have.
