Mattress One stole $100 from my husband and me. We've been working with the Bastrop, Texas store since March 14 to get our refund. With each communication we are promised the refund within 10-14 days. It is now April 29 and still no refund. No more chances. I'm using social media and the BBB to warn prospective customers to avoid Mattress One. This company sells you products you don't want, don't deliver what you think you've purchased and take zero responsibility for correcting errors. Buyer Beware. Mattress One is a crooked and unethical company

A wonderful mattress buying experience. It is a very overwhelming thing to try and purchase a new mattress. The manager Adam was very knowledgeable and explained to my husband and I, what all the different types of mattress that are available as well as the pros and cons of each. We finally selected an I- comfort mattress after Adam explained to us how for proper support as well as relief for my bad shoulder this would be the way to go. It was delivered extremely quickly I received it the following day. Wow what an amazing mattress and we owe it all to Adam and his expertise. From all of the mattress places we visited we found him to be the most informative as well as taking the time to find the right fit for us. We would definitely recommend everyone to buy there mattress from him
