I brought my working s 5 in it needed a screen repair he took it to the back sabotaged it and told me it needs more parts now double the price I came in with a working phone left with a broken one this place is a scam theyr Doing this everyday tO Upsell Don't let them go in the back with your items

Owner took my phone in the back sabotaged it and came out telling me I needed more parts it was checked out before I walked in this place will rip you off AnD actually break your electronics to spell.

Worst store ever I brought my iPhone 5s to fix screen and when they returned it to me it wouldn't turn on, he said he broke it by accident but wouldn't give me my phone back until cops came he is currently being sued

I went to the store because my iPhone screen brook. The manager help me and I was able to continue using my phone perfectly. Really nice customer services.

SCUMBAG! Tony I believe is the owner and only employee I have dealt with. He charged me $160 to replace my screen. One week later, the screen stops responding to touch, so I went back and he told me to leave, that his stores policy is NO warranty. That is unlawful, every store has an implied 30 day warranty. He sent me to another store "where he purchased my screen from" and told me that they will replace it for free. So I drove 30 mins to Sanford and that store told me that Tony did not purchase the screen from them, in fact it's a USED SCREEN!! Wtf. I've spent nearly $250 to replace a screen! Don't go to Mac droid, he sells used parts at a high price and will not fix it when it breaks even if it's within 30 days!
