They need to Hire more experienced staff if they expect to get business. All your inexperienced employees should not be performing any duties to our pets if they dont know what theyre doing, and STILL EXPECT TO GET MY MONEY... A quick nail trim turned into an expensive animal hospital visit due to your staff's ignorance... I mean, they couldnt even own up to what they did to my dog as he was bleeding all over your floor. You may have good "babysitters" but Id consider cutting down on the other service advertising if all you're going to do is injure pets. Wont be back again.

The owner is also very community service minded. I respect that! She has a big heart.
