Love the school! I appreciate the structure and the heart of the teachers and administration. Not only do they teach academics and the Word of God, but trying to instill character and respect. The only complaints I hear are from parents whose children aren't up to the academic standard or are disrespectful and nasty. More parents need to accept responsibility for their children and train them instead of blaming the school. I'm glad they don't put up with it. Those who want to learn can and the classroom time is used for teaching and not babysitting or correcting behavior that should be corrected at home :)

Absolutely horrid!!!

This school is far more concerned about the opinions of others than the well being of the child. You will constantly be reminded of the infamous waiting list if your child isn't a favorite. They are quick to give up on your child and will not acknowledge progress and growth. Thanks to this school, we were constantly reminded that our kid was just a check. If you want to stay there, make sure your child is a favorite. Definitely not worth the headache.

Love it!

I have two daughters that attend KCA. My yougest daugter was very attatched to me, and I was very hesistent about handing her over to just anybody! But her teacher is amazing, she is always very understanding about her seperation anxiety. My daughter is now more attatched to her than me! LOL My oldest daughter teacher is not only sharp, but she is an excellent disciplinarian. The entire staff is always very friendly and pleasant. Keep up the good work.

Loved our experience

I put two children through the school beginning in Kindergarten. We had excellent, caring teachers all the way through elementary school. Since there is no high school, we had to leave in 2008, but we left good memories there and wonderful people! The Copeland's are terrific people and they truly care for all of their students! Mrs. Ortiz, Miss Linville, Mrs. Jameson, and Mrs. Copeland are just some of the excellent teachers at KCA. These were just our experiences firsthand. Try them out! You won't regret it.

KCA is an awesome school!

I have three daughters, two are still attending KCA and one graduated last year. All of my daughters started there since K3. As a parent I am very pleased with the christian education my daughters have received. I have never had any problems with any of their teachers, they have always been open to communicate with me as a parent. I highly recommend this school to anybody who is looking for a solid Christian Edudation for their children.

Great start to sucess.

I went to Kingsway Christian Academy back when it was Orlando Christian School and was there for the change over to KCA, I left in 6th grade for another school unfortunately KCA did not have high school at the time. During my attendance at KCA I was on the A B honor roll and I was also in their after school program. The smaller class room settings helped a lot being how there was more one on one interaction with the teacher and because of that the lessons were easier to understand. The teachers know their curriculum and what they are teaching to there students rather well.

KCA gave me a good foundation for when I transferred to a bigger school. I am very glad to have attended KCA from K4 to 6th grade and I would plan to send my child there as well considering the good educational values and religious experiences that I had.

Enjoying our time at Kingsway

I am a parent of a present KCA student and I have been nothing but satisfied with my experience at KCA. My child has attended KCA since she was 3 years old. Our interaction with the staff and administration has been nothing but positive. The school has provided her with the Christian based education that I felt was fundamental in today's society. She will attend KCA until the eighth grade.

Students Set Up For Success

KCA has been apart of our family for many years! Both of our children began in their Pre-K program and continued through Middle School; soaring high in academics, athletics and the knowledge of God! What our children learned from the staff & teachers of KCA had prepared them for successful years at the high school level. Following other KCA alumni throughout the years we have seen many continue on to college with the Florida's Bright Future Scholarships, as well as athletic scholarships. The teachers, with the ABeka curriculum & the support of their families, prove over & over that the KCA students score above their grade level (average 2 years ahead) on standardized tests!

Sure, if KCA raised the tuition to the average of $8K - $10K or more a year (which the ABeka education alone would be worth!) they could have "bigger & better" but that is not where their heart is. They want every child to have the opportunity for a private school education with the love of Jesus Christ in the center!

Go Knights!!

Amazing School

I went here from Pre-K 4 to 8th grade, if they went through high school I would have stayed longer. After attending KCA I went on to Winter Park High and stayed in mostly honors classes, I have also graduated Valencia with my A.A., on the President's List and have begun UCF this year. KCA gave me an amazing educational foundation to get me where I am today. KCA also let me grow up in God's light in a way no public school can.

KCA offers small class room setting, which allow one-on-one interaction between student and teacher. The teachers at this school take the time to know their students and the parents. I still run into my teachers today and they recognize me, almost 7 years later. Many friend I still have today I met when I five and going to this school There is a true sense of family that comes from this school.
