Dont use Kim Nga Travel Agency !!! I made mistake by choosing them. I bought an airplane ticket 6 months before travel date. One month before travel date, they cancelled my ticket. I was forced to buy a new ticket. When I asked them for new ticket, they treated me horribly by forcing me to close the deal within 1 day. I had to use my credit card for the new ticket and got charged on the same date of the new ticket purchase. About the cancelled ticket, they told me to wait 5-6 weeks for refund. That means I would not be able to receive my refunds because it would arrive when i am out of the country. When I emailed them for assistance, they refused to help and claimed that there is nothing they could do. I needed that refund back to pay for my credit card bills. And this agency refuses to do anything to help. I called my bank for help and bank asked for transaction number and date that my credit card was charged by this agency. I emailed and asked them; no response back. Horrible!
