I lived there for one year, it was a nice place, I was never bothered by people doing or selling drugs, I saw some prostitutes late at night walking down the side walks, but never in the building or on the property bothering anyone. The place is very clean inside, and has security 24/7. The pool was real nasty the whole time I was there, but I didn't really care because I wasn't going to swim in it anyway. The general area isn't that great, high crime area, but the motel itself really is not that bad. The one guy at the front desk comes off as a hard ass, but if you really pay attention he likes to joke around but isn't real good at it.

i leaved there for 3 years was a good place and managment i hear some comments and they live here for along time! so i think people just like to talk caca... if u dont like where u lieve so move out! why u stay for a year or 3 year if was that bad! people get killed in the best neigborhoods...

i lived here for one year and was bothered by drugs, the police. prostitutes 24 hours a day. you can;t even come tyhru the front door withou being bothered. very poor management. not clean and up to date. best bet not to stay anywhere on orange bloosom trail

I STAYED HEREFOR 3 YEARS, IT IS IN A VERY VERY BAD UNSAFE AREA, MY MOTHER WAS SITTING OUTSIDE ONE NIGHT HERE USING THE INTERNET AND SOME HISPANIC GUY COMES UP, AND JERKS THE LAPTOP RIGHT OUT OF HER HANDS AND WHILE HE WAS TRYING TO GET IT AWAY FROM HER, HE WAS BANGING HER ARM UP AGAINST THE BRICK WALL AND MAKING IT BLEED, AND HE TOOK OFF RUNNING AND NEVER WAS CAUGHT, AND A WEEK LATER ME AND MY KIDS WAS OUTSIDE I WAS LETTING THEM RIDE THEIR BIKES SO WE GO INSIDE TO GET DRINKS AND WE COME BACK OUTSIDE, THEIR BIKE WAS GONE, AND THE MAIN REASON WE MOVED IS BECAUSE I WAS SITTING OUT IN FRONT OF MY APARTMENT ONE NIGHT, AND I SEEN TWO GUY COME RUNNING THROUGH THE PARKING LOT WITH LONG GUN WITH BLACK MASKS OVER THEIR FACES, ABOUT TWO MINUTES LATER, POLICE SHOWED UP I ASKED WHAT HAPPEN, THEY WAS LIKE IT WAS AN ARMED ROBBERY, AND ANOTHER THING, POLICE COMES TO YOUR APARTMENT LOOKING FOR A WANTED FELON, SAYING THEY GOT A TIP ABOUT A WANTED FELON BEING THERE, JUST TO COME IN AND LOOK FOR DRUGS, OR
