This is factual for our family...



Popcorn is good. Customer service was not good for our order to our son's BarMitzvah. We ordered 5 speciality popcorn flavors. The popcorn was sent in 2 boxes due to the amount. Both boxes were sent the same day. One box showed up on time the other box did not. Thus we did not have enough popcorn for the popcorn bar we had included with the luncheon after the barmitzvah. When the second box arrived 3 days late, of course we had no use for it. We called customer service. No apology or at least fake sincerity. All we were told was we would be responsible for return postage fees. If customer service even faked an apology or even credited us a few dollars we would have had no problem recommending this company to other temple members for their child's barmitzvah. Oh well.
