purchased BMW August 2016 Robert told us if ANYTHING went wrong with engine within30 days they would fix it On day 23 service engine light came on car started driving bad. he said his mechanic was too busy on the days my son was available to take it in. I said I would take it as long as it gets done before 30 day warranty is up. Robert told me to take it in on day 30 & that I must call them first thing when I'm on my way as a courtesy call.boss Mike turned up & asked me what I wanted. He told me they never give 30day free warranties they are only 50/50 meaning they pay half customer pays half. After a long battle with him & him telling me there was nothing wrong with the car even after I had a 2nd opinion telling me what was wrong with it. Robert told meto get a 2nd opinion . Basically they just didn't want to pay $600 to fix car under warranty he should have been more specific when he said he would take care of everything. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE DISHONEST CROOKS.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Like the other reviewer my experience was filled with empty promises and work around a so that I would buy the car. My check engine light was on as well and all they did was break the light. I never received new keys or replacement lights and 6 months later I'm without a car. I say whoever reads this and has had a similar experience we should expose this place for what it is

Before we decided to purchase a 2004 Isuzu from this place we had asked them to fix whatever problem there was that was making the check engine light come on. To our suprise months later we had an inspection done to the car and these crooks just broke the check engine light to make it seem as if it had been fixed!!!! Never again!! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!! WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR!!!!!

I have bought several cars fro...

I have bought several cars from Kehan Motor Group for my children. Safety and reliability is my concern when purchasing these cars. I have always received great customer service from the sales people and if ever anything goes wrong with one of the cars the service department goes out of its way to fix the problem quickly. I would recommend Kehan to anyone.
