I had the worst experience with local dermatologist Dr. Kathleen Judge’s office. I was 8 minutes late for my 11AM appointment and they refused to see me, even though I called to let them know I was running late. Then, when I got there, they said I had to fill out my paperwork. I reminded them I had done it online the night before, per their instructions. Unfortunately, they had not bothered to review it. Next, they said they had already taken the 11:15 appointment back in my place. I said, “Great, then I will take the 11:15 appointment. “ They said no, since it would interfere with their lunch. What? It was 11:08 and they were more interested in lunch than treating patients. To make it worse, at my last appointment, I had to wait over an hour for Dr. Judge. Apparently, waiting an hour for the doctor was perfectly fine, but me being 8 minutes late was not. Do not waste your time going to this practice. They obviously do not care about their patients.
