I currently go to this gym!! This traner has trained me on and off since I was 15years old I'm 22years old now. He is very good and pass ionate to help anyone. The staff are amazing everyone in the gym is super respectful and are always eilling to work out with u!!

I recently had the best work out of my life at this gym! They're so nice and the cardio class was great. Boxing is a great sport and this boxing gym is the most affordable one I've found in Orlando, FL. This is a very clean facility!

This gym is definitely the best gym I have been to in a while. There prices are affordable and they have a friendly staff. Not to mention the atmosphere is very welcoming. I highly recommend this gym to whoever is looking for a place to get a great work out and meet great people!
