Do NOT use this stylist! I am new to Orlando and made an appointment with Joseph Kellner Salon. What a mistake! I wanted to go blonde from light brown and my hair ended up green! I had to spend $400 at another salon to correct the error. Not only was he completely rude from start to end, but he refused to even fix my hair or refund my $ based on his mistakes. I don't know how he is considered a "specialist". I believe that he created any decent online reviews himself. I now it's only hair, but I've been in tears for three days.
