You know when you loo online to pick a vehicle you want before you go to the dealership? Well I had the perfect vehicle picked out for my family and was told that I would be approved for that vehicle when I went up there. I was not told a price for the vehicle and when asked, the answer would always be something like, " First we have to get your approved" or some other way to side step the answer instead of being honest about the outrageous prices for these used vehicles, some of which aren't worth $5,000 much less the $11,000 to $15,000 they were saying they were worth. we spent a whole day being dicked around and then was told that how can I come up and make a deal by saying that I only want a specific vehicle to the owner. Excuse me? I am the one who searched the lot for the vehicle I wanted and needed for my family, how are you going to say that I don't get to tell the person what I want? They ended by trying to get me to get in the oldest vehicle they had, one with mold all over the engine, or another who did even sound close to running right, but according to them they inspect the entire vehicle???? Then the insurance was fishy too. They said instead of getting full coverage, which is required by state to get when buying a vehicle, they wanted PIP for it for now and then proceeded to say that we just had to get insurance in a week. Meaning we could drive off of the lot without insurance???? Unrealistic and completely illegal. I would not go there because even though their warranty program sounds good, it just sounds too good to be true and on top of it everything else about the dealership sounds like something bad is going on there. I would not recommend going to this dealership.
