They deserve 0 stars. Tamara is beyond unprofessional. In fact Tamara is flat out rude. We were the 1st to see a condo represented by Infinity, at the showing we were promised if we submitted an application immediately we would be the first application run. So we hurried home to do so. After several days of reaching out to them, to check the status of the property, we finally managed to talk to someone. Tamara. I reiterate Tamara was very rude. In the few days that passed she collected the fee but never looked at my application. Although we were the 1st application submitted, Tamara decided that she was going to give it to another applicant from a different property. When we called she didnt understand why we were upset and she began to talk over us and eventually hung up on us. I will never work with such an unprofessional company again and I suggest you dont work with them either. I highly recommend finding someone else to work with unless you want a bunch of false promises and lies.

Absolute garbage and completely unprofessional. I attempted to rent a house from them, submitted all of my information and paid $70 for rental application processing fees. I called multiple times to a number that just rang and rang, tried to send a message on their website (which didn’t work), sent an email that was never responded to, before I finally got a response that they’d just rented out the house I was applying for.

I am 100% positive they never even looked at my application material. They simply took my money and rented the house right out from under me. If this is how they treat prospective tenants, I’d hate to see how they treat real ones. Extremely disappointed and any listings I see with this company on them in the future, I will avoid. Highly unprofessional and unless you want to pay money, and give someone all your personal info, so they can ignore you, this is a company that is best bypassed.
