Horrible customer service! Had an issue with delivery so I called and asked to speak with the manager. Upon the manager answering I asked for her name and she said "Joy" and I asked politely "Are you the manager?" she replied back "Why are you asking so many questions?" I explained I had a complaint and due to the attitude she was giving me I would like the corporate contact information. She replied "If this is about what I think it's about, I don't care! Have a good night sir". and hung up on me. Don't think I can even call that customer service yet alone good customer service. Will not order from this store or any Hungry Howies if that is going to be the treatment tolerated towards paying customers.

They burnt my pizza and sub and refused to refund my money or remake. Don't go there.
