This is the worst child care center ever and I mean it ongoing. They will steal from you and is under falsehood of everything showed for about them. The staffs are very crooked, unethical, unprofessional and will watch your very own child get taken advantage of, if not molested or abused for God's sake. They will try to kidnap your child and train your child to not be loved by the parent. Their schedules for caring for the infant is gruesomely terrible and they will feed an 8 month old meat like lamb. Their grievancing system is terrible at that to the point there is no one you can complain to. They don't have a good working camera in these classes to watch your child for any suspicions that you, as the parent may have. They come to you looking like angels swearing that God bless them but this place is the work of the devil behind every single part of it. I will recommend for any parent to find a daycare somewhere else because this will be the worst decision you have made in your life!!! I promise you this and I mark my word. They hire felons and anyone without a background check. You can find that this place was once indicted for child sex molestation and I am truly convinced because my child was close to be a victim. So, to all the parents that love their child, DO NOT MAKE A POOR DECISIONS BY BRINGING YOUR CHILD HERE! These people are money hungry and terribly uneducated. I used to not judge Muslims but this gave me a whole new eye on them. That society really sucks! Parents, please protect your child by not sending them to this place. They are poor in their communication and daily report. Their resources are very limited and not helpful at all. Their nutritional foods aren't healthy and your child will get sick from their food program. The director is the worst to address anything with because she is very feisty & money hungry. She is non-communicative & will turn around and bite you. Parents, if you have already your child there then I suggest you to document all your paperworks and watch your child's behaviour. I am definitely giving this facility 5 thumbs down and I'm done here. I have to re-train my child all over again. Also, these comments are mostly made by their staffs or members. Very slimy....

I have two kids in Horizons, a 1 year old and a 4 yr old, and this is my 4 yr old’s second year in the school. Last year he had Ms. Amani and this year Ms. Dena and they have both been amazing teachers. Also, the director, Ms. Shahama, has bent over backwards to make accommodations for my son who has a language delay.

Before he started at Horizons I took him to another Muslim school that I had sold my car to pay for the over $2,000 in various fees plus steep tuition only to have him kicked out after three weeks with no refund because he would have daily accidents and they “don’t potty train”. However, he was potty trained and only needed help with getting his pants up and down, which they refused to do. He was also bullied there and would not talk in class at all because he did not feel safe.

Then when I took him Horizons it was the exact opposite. There fees are much less; $175 for registration, and the tuition depends on age, and you can pay monthly or weekly. He was always happy to go to school and was learning rapidly. Ms. Shahama recognized his speech delay and set up a speech evaluation with an amazing speech therapist who he now works with, and Ms. Dena works with me and the speech therapist so that she can adjust the instruction for my son. Ms. Shahama is always friendly and available for any concerns that you have. This school is sooo much better at helping kids transition into a new environment instead of being so strict which is not appropriate for a 3 yr old. This kind of environment, where the children are happy, helps them to learn better.

They constantly do activities with the kids such as circle time, painting, and drawing where they incorporate the lessons such as letters, numbers, colors, etc. They also have Arabic and Quran lessons. Last year the VPK class memorized 16 surah. They have a nice playground, and also have frequent field trips and events, on the holidays they will get a bouncy house, cotton candy machine, and they have a Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/HorizonsChildCareandLearningCenter) where you can see the pictures from the events. Some of their events are Eid, International Day, Disney Character Day, Pajama Day, Mother’s Day, and Graduation. They also have halal healthy meals provided for breakfast, lunch, and snacks.

Make a wiser choice!!! Summer ...

Make a wiser choice!!! Summer camp my child loved going to this daycare, several months later there were a few slight problems with the director of the childcare. Once school started, my child's orange county school teacher left after only just 2 months!? There were obvious issues with the teacher and director among other things I could not quite pin point. Just the vibes were horrible! After some time they got a new teacher who is simply adorable! But there were new issues the director had with my child. After some time, I don't know what the deal was. Very rude, unethical and unprofessional. At first, they make it seem as it is the best & ideal daycare and so pretty. Then they turn. I have never paid for supplies at any daycare with my kids EVER!! And they charged an additional $100 fee just for supplies and everything else they overcharge for as well. Even on picture day, the pictures were $145 for the whole packet, they made me shove that as if I were forced to pay. Lifetouch photography only charges $45 MAX, for the SAME type of images and even better ones.

This is a wonderful religious ...

This is a wonderful religious daycare, I'd just wish there were better policies against rude and unethical behavior from certain teachers and director. Curriculum is great for the kids, not the best professionalism and always complaining about the children to most parents, they need more training and quite honestly not the best price for the childcare provided. Teachers lie about things that happen to students, like if they get hurt, they pretend nothing happened. Overall the facility is well equipped and nicely remodeled with money parents put in to support and donate. The facility is 'always' about money literally. DIna is a great teacher, that is pretty much all I can say keeping it nice & friendly. New management..... things would be much better! Too bad not every parent complains on the web nor to upper management, they just pull their kids out and keep quiet.

This is a small preschool just recently remodeled and under new management. Prices are great for the quality of care your child will receive. Staff are very friendly & profession. Teacher/student ratios are low. Accredited & certified. Also take VPK. Very clean facility. Provides a food program as well.
