Water heater was leaking, not too badly but enough that I thought I needed to get it done right away, so I called several plumbers. Herrell was the only one willing to give a quote over the phone so I had a different company come out for a free estimate, much much higher. I called Mike at Herrell's back and he let me know that if I turned the water off at the tank and opened the line up to release pressure, it would stop leaking and be fine over night for the next day's appt. Tim just left and did a fantastic job installing the new heater. We would definitely use them again.

Had a leak in kitchen plus garbage disposal went out. They came out that day fixed everything I needed. And the tech took my coupon I found on yp.com. Would use again!

We needed a new gas water heater installed on 12/11/13. We deceided to use Harrell based on positive reviews. The plumbers showed up on time and were polite and friendly. However, over the weekend we could smell gas. We called the gas company to check for leaks. They did find a leak at the connection to the water heater. The gas company fixed it for free. After calling and emailing the company did say they would discuss it with the plumbers that were on site. Look elsewere for dependable service involving natural gas fixtures.

Smart guys, they know what they are doing, do a good job and even clean up after themselves. Love dogs, kids and can do just about everything. We found them on Angie's list when we subscribed to it. ( don't know) and their reviews were really good so we saved the info for the "when we need a plumber" situation. Glad we did. Will definately save them in our contact list and use them again when we need something done.

I called to have a leak repaired in my bathroom. Even though my home is in the area shaded in the coverage map the job was too small for them to travel that far. (Saint Cloud FL from Orlando Fl) At least the lady on the phone was nice when she told me they would not be able to help me.

I called Herrell Plumbing based on reviews I read researching plumbers in Orlando. Within 2 hours of my initial call to them, Bobby their field supervisor came out. I explained the situation and problem I was having on my water heater. He analyzed the problem and was upfront and straightforward on what needed to be done. You can tell Bobby has plenty of experience. Highly recommend!
