Worst service every. the person on the phone was extremely rude! when we asked to have a nurse that speaks clear English so my 80 year old mother can understand her and be able to communicate . I was told they have no one that speaks English clearly. Was then told they were done and hung up! hold cold, they have no ability to give customer service or the feeling that they care. I don't want these unprofessional cold and uncaring people anywhere near my mom now. If this is how they are over the phone how are they in my home with my mom when i am not there.
