I have never had a bad expierence there they have alwaays treated my Dog with respect and loving care they ahve real concern for how your dog feels what more could you ask of a groomer compation and love of their job and the dogs

I have been taking my dogs here for the last 10 years. The owner is considerate and the only nationally certified groomer that I know of in Orlando. The shop is always clean and bright. Staff is always pleasant and make my dogs feel like they are at home. I have an will continue to recommend and use this shop. Much better and less costly than big chain stores.

Groom-A-Rama is amazing. I have been using them for over 6 years. I would (and have) recommended Groom-A-Rama to all of my friends with pets. The shop is squeaky clean and I love the staff. They are knowledgeable and friendly. They always have the cutest bows and bandanas. My dog looks, feels and smells like a "million bucks" when I pick her up.

I would never recommend this grooming shop. It smelled bad, very dirty, and the owner had very bad attitude, My pet was very choppy, and came out with her tail tucked under. She had fleas when she got back, when she's NEVER had fleas in her life. Not a good experience for me.
