This facility has poor customer service. I had an appointment for eye surgery at1145a.m. and tocheck in at 1130a.m. I was there on time;it took 40 minutes before the receptionist was ready to talk to me. However,people who just walked in after I checked in were dealt with first, including two for same procedure as I. Ifinally when infor surgery at 1245,exactly one hour after after I was scheduled for me in surgery. The procedure took 5 minutes. The doctor said he had not control over the workings of the center. I told him he was my doctor and he was responsible. I believe also he is a stake holder in the center. He is part of the partnership of the Magruder Eye Institute upon the Lakeside Center sits, but in a adjacent driveway. The situation smells.
