Two separate moments stand out that let Tom know that a career with AIL was the right decision: the first time he got his renewal check and the day he signed his SGA contract. Tomâ??s career at AIL is full of highlights. In 1992, Tom became an 80/80 Club winner. Five years later, he was a winner in the 81/81 Club.
