This was the most professional and caring funeral services that I ever witness. The staff were all professional and courteous and seem to be genuinely concerned and caring. If needed I will use them again and will definitely recommend their services to others in the Orlando area.

This is a place that cares about the ones that step foot in there office I know that because My Father & Grandmother & Grandfather was apart of the service they make you feel as if there's nothing to do but send your love ones home knowing that they will be okay because they take pride in there work & when it's done it is amazing I'm Brittney Fountain and,I'm a true witness & when I get called home I will be glad to be in Mrs.Gail Mortuary...

Unless it just isn't financially feasable for you to go anywhere else do not go here. It was a nigtmare from the word go. Not organized and they have short memories about what was promised. Don't go here.
