I regularly get my nails done, normally acrylics, pink and white. I decided to go to "Frenchtip Nails" because my husband and I had just moved and they were by my new home. I choose to not have tips put on this time and asked to just have my natural nails painted pink and white, which they did nicely. Within a couple days almost all the white had chipped off the tips. Apparently whatever top coat they were using was not very good or "maybe this is normal on natural nails", I thought. So I went back in and showed the girl up front my nails and she told me to sit down and they would fix them at no charge. I, right off the bat, pulled five dollars out of my pocket to show the woman I had been seated with that I was still going to tip her.



After she was done I sat for a few minutes to let them dry. She gladly accepted the tip. I began to walk out to my car when I took a good look at my nails. A child could have done a better job with white-out, seriously. I walked straight back inside and asked for the owner. "No owner, owner not here, only manager." So I showed the "manager" who looked at my nails and then said something in another language to the other girls there. I said, "Look at this! This is ridiculous!" "We fix, we fix." That was the response. "No you won't. I will not be coming back here and neither will anybody else that I know," and I walked out.



I took pictures of my nails but I there's no way for me to upload them to show you here. I don't normally complain, in fact, I believe this is the first "review" I've ever even done. It was THAT BAD. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
