They don't understand the concept of an "appointment". Ridiculous. The appt was for 8am in hopes to get this done before work and avoid an after hours fee. They didn't show up. 15 minutes later they called to make sure I was home before they sent out the technician. Seriously?!?! Why would I make an appt and then not be here! Another 30 minutes went by and they still did not arrive. So I called and canceled. After all, I was using PTO time for this. They didn't say they would be there between x-z, they said 8am! They offered to reschedule and not charge me an after hours fee.



I rescheduled for 2 weeks later and they assured me someone would be at my house at the appointed time. They didn't show up or give me a call. That's it! no more chances. I'm searching else where.
