I have rented from this co. in the past and will NEVER rent from this co. again, nor do I recommend ANYONE renting from them. All they care about is money, not their tenants. When asked for something to be repaired, it takes months, and thats if your lucky to even get your request taken care of. Learn to put your tenants first before yourself.
