Ordered a big, gorgous red blooming holiday plant - 8 inches - in a festive holiday basket. They delivered a withered little thing that I beleive they bought at WalMart that was 6.5 inches (bar code sticker right on the bottom of it!) in a brown plastic tub.

Owner refuses to make it right - does not even answer emails after he learned of the problem.

Finishing Touch Design is a wonderful local flower shop and more! We've ordered arrangements by phone, gone by to select something special to brighten someone's day, and have also received gift flowers sent by them on many occasions. Always fresh, unique and beautiful design creations that exceed our expectations every time! They even do a doggie in a basket that is one of the coolest, prettiest & most fun floral items I've ever seen. Got that one when I requested "designer's choice in something cheerful" for Father's Day; they know my hubby loves our dog and wow, what a delightful surprise! Nice people, good service & beautiful work!

I am really disappointed with Finishing Touch Florist. I sent them a request to send my 73 year old mother flowers for her birthday. I checked with the florist all day to see if my flowers were delivered to my mother who was waiting all day for the flowers. Unbelievably, at 8:00 at night, I received a message from the florist that they refused to deliver the flowers, even though they had my request for close to two weeks. What makes it worse, is that the florist is not that far from my mom's house! Finishing Touch Florist SUCKS and I will not ever use them again!

Very pleasant and helpful to work with, I would use this florist again without hesitation. Alonso is wonderful.
