I am a regular customer who often shops at family dollar who's experiences are OK. Today Sept. 8th around 3:30 pm- 4:00 PM store on 645 W Lancaster Rd, Orlando, FL 32809 I had the worst customer service experience with my family and I. The manager in charge and an employee screemed at my child to sit down. I asked them not to scream at my child and to next time ask me to tell him to sit down. My child has ADHD and is often hyper at times , not EVER in my life have I ever been disrespected and discriminated by employees and a manager in charge because my child was standing up in the cart. I was yelled at, called a bitch and threatened with a weapon by the manager in charge and an employee because I asked for them to next time not to yell at my child. Not only do I feel disrespected, discriminated and appalled to what has happened today but I do feel it is nessecary to take action with the women in charge and employee.

Ruby has great customer service and people skills.. She is very helpful.
