The company has failed twice to pick me up in the amount of three days. 9-16-16 They were supposed to pick me up at 2:30 and after an hour I called and they said they had no record of my pick up after 3 phone calls to confirm. The same happened on 9-19-16 when they were to pick me up at 8:00 and after 45 minutes waiting in the humid heat they still failed to pick me up for an appt. at 9:00. This companies benefit was Juan C. who was apologetic and pleasurable to spend the ride with them on 9-16-16 which I did return home from a 2:30 pick-up scheduled three times at 6:00-6:30. Do not count on them, they are a failure for transportation scheduled on a regular basis for a month. This has been conformed 3 to 4 times. Ridiculous.
