Enterprise is truly the best in the business! I did everything on line. The booking process was fast and easy and with having one question I call a service agent and within seconds my questioned was answered and was extremely satisfied with the result. Once my flight arrived in Orlando International Airport and made my way to the pickup area there were at least 12 people. Within 3 minutes I was greeted by an Enterprise employee named Chris. He verified my name on his list and checked me in. He stated that he will be with me momentarily. Not even 3 minutes later another employee called out my name and asked me to follow him a few feet away and that the Dodge pickup truck I rented is on the way up. Next minute there was the truck. They made it extremely easy for my mother and I. I am very pleased with every bit of my experience with Enterprise. I will forever use Enterprise when I need to rent a vehicle. THANK YOU!!!

Enterprise was fast, friendly and convenient. Combine that with best price great cars they would be hard to beat.

The smoothest and quickest process i have ever had when renting a car. I will always rent from them and there were no hidden fees.

Quick process. One suggestion - since the user guides are never in the cars, give a two minute rundown on where the important features are. Oh, like the lights and windshield wipers! It started to pour when we left and had no idea where they were! Otherwise great experience.

The staff all the way through the rental procedure were super friendly and helpful! My car was clean and really nice! I would absolutely rent from Enterprise at this location again!

I was quoted one price then charged a different price upon return to a different airport/enterprise location. Bait and switch, not cool.!!!!!Was promised a $100.00 refund by Orlando and was not given it by the drop off location. They are different operations. I would not recommend to a friend.

15 passenger van had plenty of room for the entire family. Clean and in good shape. There is not much room for luggage behind the back seats, but we figured it out. All in all, we loved it and had a great trip.

Never again. I waited in a line in the terminal to check in with my drivers license and credit card and was directed to go to the garage. I got into a line there where I was told since I had checked in at the terminal I didn't need to wait in that line, I needed to wait in the OTHER line. There were 3 attendants who after you showed them your ID, "escorted" to your car where you signed an iPad type device. You then proceeded to the exit where you had to show your ID again to exit the garage. Too many steps, too many levels, no clear instructions, never again.

If I ever have to rent a car again and if I have a choice, I will never rent from Enterprise again!

When we started the process, I called the Orlando location twice(2) times to ensure that we could be picked up. On the day of my rental, I called and finally was told by an off site location that the " airport location does not have the manpower to pick up renters".

There were people standing around when we got there!

I ALWAYS receive excellent customer service from Enterprise. While other rental services have long lines, this is not the case with enterprise!

We had made a reservation thru our RCI membership and so when we got there they tried to give a smaller car then we signed up for. It was a good thing I had our confirmation and we got the car we were supposed to get. They give you (2) keys but on one unbreakable cord. Why waste my time with 2 bulky keys if I can only use one of them. Car was clean and everything we expected so I can't complain to much. The no-fault laws in Florida are pretty unfair to visitors but once you are there what can you do?

Katiedee I was unhappy with my selection. I asked for a economy car and I wanted to upgrade to a mid size car. They gave me a mini van with no leg room in the back. My friend was very uncomfortable no room for feet. The oxygen tank was squished to put in the car. Very unsatified.

They had what we needed, the car was clean, the service was friendly. Had to wait a little for them to bring the car around, though we had a reservation is all.

easy in & out on pick-up & drop-off / even offered upgrade at no charge. 1st time using Enterprise and will definitely use them in the future.

We rented a vehicle at the Orlando airport. Quick service at the counter although no one explained Sun Pass to us. There was a slim selection of available cars to choose from. The associate should have told us we getting a car with just a Valet key & no remote entry. We would have picked another vehicle! We did not notice until we arrived at the destination or would have gone back. Was a pain in the rear all week with manually locking/unlocking doors. Lesson learned if we choose Enterprise in the future.

The counter wait time was less than 3 minutes at the airport departure/ car rental level. The walk over to the company's car storage area was very short, the selection included foreign & American makes, various sizes & styles of vehicles & helpful aides to assist you in the selection process, do the walk-around & send you on your way... maybe 7-8 minutes tops & we were on our way!!!

We rented a mid size from the Orlando airport. Enterprise had the best price for what we were looking for, and we were very happy with the service we received. Time spent at airport counter was minimal, and we just had to walk out the doors and across the street to the parking garage to pick up our car, which was waiting for us. Dropping it off was even quicker. They took a quick look and gave us our receipt before we had even finished unloading all of our bags. I highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car!

Well...we always rent for our local enterprise in Warren Michigan, and the care we got in Orlando Florida they need to share the love from Orlando to Michigan because they want you to gave blood and jump Thur ringer just to rent a car.

Service was quick and very professional. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the car I rented did not have Sirius radio, which was free for that particular weekend. Minor complaint, everything else was top notch!
