Economy Travels was the most economical and most professional service. I traveled with my husband, our 3 kids and my mother in law to Turkey and Pakistan and received wonderful service from the owner of Economy Travel. He was able to understand our needs and provided us with very good options at a cost much lower than other travel agencies and websites. We plan on using Economy Travel in future too

A++ Excellent experience. Pervez Sb is very helpful and highly knowledgeably about travel routes and rates. He gave the best possible deal and much cheaper than online options. The trip was comfortable and the layovers were perfect. Throughout my trip Mr. Pervez was in communication with me and answered all my questions promptly. I would highly recommend Pervez Sb to everyone. I will definitely use his services for all my future travel needs.

Mr. Tareen was very welcoming to me and my family when we went to him for our Hajj Package. We were on a medium budget and as such, Mr. Tareen was able to get us a good deal on the package with all accommodations for hotels and stay included. He also got us only halal meals because we specified to him this point. After the booking was made, Mr. Tareen gave us a week to confirm. Hopefully all goes well during our trip an thank you again Mr. Tareen. A little note: Whenever dealing with travel agents make sure you send the correct spelling for names and number for passports in order to avoid any penalty and issues with the airline. Hope to deal with Mr. Tareen next year for Hajj!

I would never recommend Economy Travels to anyone. The owner Pervaiz Tareen is only interested in getting paid and he is quite incompetent. He failed to communicate crucial visa related information to us, which the airlines requires to be given to each traveler. As soon as he charged our card, he immediately issued the tickets but never bothered to inform us. The tickets were at market rate as well, so nothing special there either. Because of Mr. Tareen's incompetency, we had to pay the airlines $200 per ticket to correct the error he made and offered no apologies. In fact he was rude and arrogant and provided no customer service despite several requests. Upon further insistence, he did promise to get us a refund on the penalty, but instead stopped returning our phone calls and emails. Well, it was a $800 lesson learned on a $4500 ticket purchase, which ended up costing us a total of $5300. Had a I bought my tickets directly from the airlines or a better travel agent, the additional $800 could have been saved. Please stay away from this business. He only wants your money and takes no responsibility or provides any customer service. It deserves no star but the minimum I could select is 1.
