Horrible services went for one procedure came back 1 month later had to receive an Emergency Hestorectomy! Never ever go there He ruined my Life and stole my womanhood and on top of that HE took No Accountability. I've been waiting to tell my story

I called early and received the clinic hotline. The office called me back but I missed the call. They called back again an hour later and I answered just to hear the receptionist talking rude to another staff member! "I dont understand why do these people call the hotline and not even bother to answer the phone when we call them back, whatever!" (That's what she said not knowing I was on the line listening) when I said "yes, I'm here!" She totally changed her voice and tone and said "oh...ummm....yes..hello?!" I told her its ok don't even bother and I hung up the phone. I did receive a call back within seconds but sent it straight to my voicemail.

I refuse to go to a clinic where the front desk staff is the first people you greet and they are rude and fake!

I definitely will not be visiting this location for my prenatal needs.
