Disney's Pop Century Resort

We were transferred from Port Orleans French Quarter to Pop Century.
The hotels transfer the baggage for you. We were told our bags would be in or room by 4 p.m. We arrived from the parks at 8 p.m. & still had no bags.
After 2 hours of calling & being told that it was on its way my husband had to go pick it up himself.
Very inconvenient & very dissatisfied with the service.
