Pool conditions are horrible, always a story why they can’t fix or clean pools, in Orlando heat, and no one can use the pools

These people are horrible.. My A/C broke it took them 3 days to fix it. My house feels like hell. As I'm writing this review my A/C is still broken. I'm so upset. They take forever to request your maintenance request man. If this review had a 0 star option. That's what I would give them. And on top of that the rent is so expensive.
