Robin handled all of the details of our Norwegian Cruise perfectly. All of our transfers, air travel, pre-cruise hotel & even the issues with food allergies was taken care of. I will be letting everyone we know that they should call Concierge Travel for a fantastic customer service experience, and we also got the lowest price. Robin even sent chocolate covered strawberries to our stateroom. There is no one better!

Robin- I want to let you know that we just returned from our cruise. We had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect, no problems at all. Even the weather was perfect every day. We love Princess cruise lines because they do a wonderful job.

Comment: Dear Cruise Experts- just wanted you to know how much we enjoyed our cruise on the beautiful Mariner of the Seas! We felt like we were not on a cruise but a 5 star resort. The 3 story dining room was awesome; the service was the greatest we have ever experienced, everyone was so happy! The food was good and now we are so spoiled since we had a balcony. We loved the shows and the ice skating show was amazing; can't believe that was on a ship. We will call when we are ready to go again in December. Thank you again~

Hi Robin

We just wanted to take a minute and say thank you. Mike and I had a wonderful time. The hotel in Miami was beautiful. The ship was great... Sooo much to do. We tried it all. We loved the big ship. Our table arrangements were perfect. The people were wonderful. Since we flew in from New Jersey your suggestion to come in a day before was the Best recommendation because American Airlines lost a piece of our luggage which they delivered to the hotel around 1:00am so we were VERY thankful for the extra day or we would have had to leave without it. With that aside, the trip was perfect and so was the weather. We would definitely sail with Royal Caribbean again.

Thanks again for planning a wonderful trip for us. Hopefully we will be booking our next cruise real soon. :0)

Top Sales Winners Cruise

I am the Manager of a top Chevrolet dealer in St. Louis, MO and we were referred to The Cruise Experts from a customer. We just got back from a great 3 day weekend in the Bahamas that honored the Top Sales people in the Greater St. Louis area. All the rooms were together, we had a free open bar party, private meeting rooms for the awards ceremony and we all brought our family with us. Everyone had a fab time and it was all a tax write off!
